Our Approach to Candidates

We are in contact with candidates through many different channels, privileging our own database, as well as other professional networks.

When recruiting for our multi-sector clients, we publish job offers on our website and communicate opportunities through additional target channels.

Some projects are highly confidential, and in these cases, we do not publish job offers, but approach interesting candidates directly & discreetly on the market

So, depending on the type of recruitment project, we adapt our approach, develop the relevant search and communication strategy, to share career opportunities with target candidates.

Candidate Experience

For all recruitment projects, we systematically request up-dated CVs in PDF format even though we can access most professional profiles on Linkedin.

CVs tend to be more up-to-date and in general, they provide more valuable information that is not always visible on Linkedin.

Given the nature of our work, we are committed to ethical, honest and professional relationships with candidates, and treat every interaction with discretion, confidentiality and respect.

We assist candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, from application, to selection and final stage, attentive to their needs, and available to advise if necessary.

Outside of pure recruitment mandates, we welcome spontaneous applicants all year round, and provide career advice, share market insights, discuss expatriation and repatriation opportunities, among other subjects.

CV - Valuable tools for Candidates

Many recruiters and candidates question the utility of the CV, however, we defend it for many reasons.

The CV presents a very recent snapshot of a candidate’s professional experience, background & achievements, etc…

If the CV is clear, concise and well-written, the hiring manager can quickly focus on the key elements to provoke an interview.
Let’s not forget, the main objective of the CV is to get an interview !

However, if the CV is too long and detail-heavy, the hiring manager will lose interest…

The CV is an excellent tool to help candidates prepare for the interview, organize their thoughts, identify and structure pertinent examples to share with the hiring manager, and overcome undeniable stress.

Finally, we treat CVs with the utmost confidentially and only share CVs with companies, with the candidate’s FULL consent.
