Candidate Experience
For every recruitment project, we systematically request an updated CV in PDF format. While LinkedIn profiles are useful, CVs tend to offer more detailed information about each candidate’s experience.
Given the nature of our work, we are committed to building ethical, honest and professional relationships with candidates. Every interaction is handled with discretion, confidentiality and respect.
We assist candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial application, to final stages, remaining attentive to their needs, and available to advise them as required.
We also welcome spontaneous applicants all year round, and provide candidates with personalized career advice, market insights, expatriation and repatriation opportunities, among other topics.
CV - Valuable tools for Candidates
Many recruiters and candidates question the value of the CV; however, we defend its importance for several reasons.
A CV provides a recent snapshot of a candidate’s professional experience, background, and achievements. When it is clear, concise, and well written, it enables the hiring manager to quickly focus on the key elements that can lead to an interview.
Let’s not forget: the primary objective of a CV is to secure an interview.
However, if a CV is too long or overly detailed, the hiring manager may quickly lose interest.
A well-prepared CV is also an excellent tool to help candidates prepare for interviews.
It allows them to organize their thoughts, identify and structure relevant examples to share, and better manage the inevitable stress associated with the interview process.
Finally, we treat CVs with the utmost confidentiality and only share them with companies with the candidate’s full consent.
