Our team of 200 plus people in 8 countries contributes daily to the growth and success of our award-winning business. To continue our expansion, we seek to recruit a new member to join our dynamic Product team.
Product Manager SaaS M/F
Fully remote or Office-based (Paris, Sofia, London, Hamburg…)
As a Product Manager and part of a high-performing Product team, you will build new modules, create new features and improve the user experience across the different AXSMarine platforms. An active observer of customer needs and market trends, you will translate ideas and business strategy into product strategy, create the story, and follow product development from start to finish.
Main responsibilities include :
- Lead and execute product strategy and vision
- Work closely with the product and design teams to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Work collaboratively with product, commercial and technical teams to align plans, solve problems and find suitable trade-offs to unblock development, advise on how to implement a new feature, and communicate changes.
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
- Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
- Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and functionalities
Profile:
- University educated, you are knowledgeable and passionate about maritime shipping business (maritime chartering, pre-fixing, fixing, operations, etc…) and solutions,
- Solid experience in product management, with a proven track record managing all aspects of a successful product.
- Comfortable with complex problem-solving to build best possible shipping user experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, a true team player with the ability to lead and influence.
- Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously and remotely
- Technical knowledge and experience in software development is a bonus
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Open to travel
