Organizational Attractiveness

Recent studies highlight a significant relationship between a company’s financial results, strong corporate social responsibility and employee commitment.

Corporate culture is a major driver for economic success,  for employer attractiveness, and is a serious magnet to attract the best candidates in the future.

Companies should regularly evaluate the values, the management principles and behaviors, the employee value proposition to ensure coherence and reality across the entire organization.

The capacity for an employer to innovate and differentiate oneself is critical, when building and sustaining Talent Pipeline. It is vital for corporations to better understand the behaviors and drivers that influence different candidate segmentations and employees around the world, when choosing a future employer.

Since 2010 Terra Connecta has collaborated with Professor Jean Luc Cerdin from ESSEC Business School to develop an international scientific study called “Global Differentiator”. The results of this study can help companies to design cultural and managerial levers to significantly energize and transform their organization.

This study provides information on corporate culture and employer attractiveness.

  • The internal questionnaire measures employee engagement and evaluates the impact that corporate values have on employee commitment. Research results help companies to improve the employee value proposition as well as highlighting new directions for organizational development.
  • The external questionnaire measures organizational attractiveness as an employer. Terra Connecta collects and analyzes data from a truly international target population. The results reveal how a company is perceived by candidates as a potential future employer and also demonstrates the level of interest to join the company. This data also demonstrates the company’s ability to attract the right candidates for their organization. Employers can build on these results to improve employer branding and recruitment strategies.
