In order to reinforce the French Financial Controlling team , 3M France seeks to recruit a : Junior Financial Controller (H/F), based in HQs – Paris Region.
Mission :
Reporting to the Financial Controller Supervisor in 3M France, you will assure financial advice to the Sales and marketing organizations for the Healthcare business.
Principal Responsibilities :
- Validate the financial results, develop the appropriate reporting elements, establish the provisional budgets, forecasts and manage the monthly follow-up.
- Manage the follow-up of the monthly closing
- Develop and/or follow up the performance analysis tools for the Sales & Marketing clients.
- Monitor and ensure that the internal clients respect all accounting and ethical rules within his/her activity.
- Explain and communicate the Healthcare divisional monthly results within 3M France/Europe /US.
Profile :
- Business Degree with a specialization in corporate finance and/or financial controlling
- Minimum of 1-2 years professional experience post-diploma in a Financial Controlling position in industry.
- Pack office advanced, in particular Excel
- Excellent linguistic ability in French and English
- Good analytical and lateral thinking ability
- Open-minded and ability to take the initiative
- Excellent communication skills, a strong ability to listen and a service oriented approach to the client
- Strong ability to work in a team, however, capacity to also work autonomously
- Reactive, tenacious and Flexible with an ability to adapt to change
- Capacity to take the leadership in his/her domain of competency
- Facility with figures and the capacity to communicate the financials with enthusiasm in a consulting spirit
