Search Methodology :
- An international multi-channel search strategy and direct approach with identified candidates, including access to a rich database of international candidates.
Evaluation Methodology :
- A rigorous selection and evaluation, interviewing candidates through a structured competency-based interview, providing a complete overview of the candidates’ behaviors, motivations, desired skillset, linguistic ability and suitability for the corporate culture, as well as others elements.
- For specific projects, Terra Connecta also proposes additional evaluation tools such as psychometric tests (personality, numeric, verbal reasoning) and/or role play, business cases, etc.
